Restrap Tool Pouch
Sam from fixed gear leeds lent me one of the new restrap tool pouches to keep my malibu tanning oil in. First impressions are that it's pretty much the ideal size & shape and a massive bonus is that it fits in a jersey pocket, look out for a few of the quickstep riders carrying these for liege-bastogne-liege tomorrow.

Halfway Up
Bell Hall Velo nipped up to the lakes yesterday in a misguided attempt at bagging a few peaks. A few things stood in our way however including; snooze button, rear-wheel drive and family commitments. Halfway up was the best we could manage in the time we had.
It was good to get out for a few hours anyway, cheese and pickle sandwiches and real ale saved the day.

here come the belgians..
I don't claim to understand cyclocross but i do like a bit of northern cobbles.
Plus these boys have the best team kit going.. i'm thinking Stijn Devolder.
Screw these cappucino sipping italianos, beer and frites is real cycling.
Photo is from Cheryl King who has some quality cycling snaps on her site.
